Q: Will this work on my car?

A: Have a check if your car support facotry Wired CarPlay (Not for aftermarket or android unit). Look for a USB or Type-C port with a CarPlay logo or smartphone image, and plug your iphone with a lightning cable to check if Apple Carplay system is activated on the screen. If uncertain, please send us an message or post a question for confirmation.

Q: If my car already has wireless CarPlay, can I use this CarPlay adapter?

A: Please check if your car has a USB/Type-C port that supports wired CarPlay. If yes, you can use this adapter.

Q: Why can't I connect wireless CarPlay&Android Auto with my Apple iPhone/Android Phone?

A: 1) Ensure your cellphone is iOS10+ or Android 11.0 and above version. 2) Turn ON your cellphone's WiFi and Bluetooth, turn OFF hotspot (The hospot may cause the disconnection on some cellphone models) 3) If still can't connect, please delete paired bluetooth on both the adapter and cellphone, and reboot your phone, try again 4) please don't rush to return, send us an message, we will offer a good solution to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Q: What to do if the app doesn't work and ask for a update, I can't update it on Google Play because it says it is not compatible with the device?

A: The pre-loaded apps like Netflix and Disney+ doesn't support update online via Google Play, becaue they have certification requirements for devices, so you can only use our built-in version, if it doesn't work, please don't rush to return, send us an message to get a new available apk file to update to work, we will reply timely!

Q: Why it keeps showing "app not installed" when I am downloading app on Google Play?

A: Turn on the switch of "Allow installation of third-party apps" in Settings, and the new app will be installed successfully. Note: the adapter is a CarPlay ai lite box. If downloading too many apps, the system may get congested, please clear the cache in time and don't use many apps at the same time.(There is a icon on the bottom of main menu interface to delete background tasks)

Q: What should I do if it buffers all the time when watching streamings?

A: Usually the video buffering issue is related to the slow network, please have a check your mobile phone's network settings, or connect to another fast network.

Q: Sometimes it will reboot itself and can't connect any more, what can I do?

A: Frequently automatic reboot maybe the insufficient power supply from the radio or the typ-C cable issue, suggest to replace with another cable first. If the issue still exist, send us an message and we will help you solve the issue at the first time.
